What a time to be alive

Edward Hopper’s “Morning Sun” (1952)

Sometimes in the daily routine and running a business, I forget how much just having a laptop and wifi connection is all I need to make money.

This message is the most common threadboi topic, but it's an agenda I keep falling for.

I started this journey in July 2022, with a crappy laptop and a reading habit, and with pieces of courage to allow myself to suck.

Now, just looking back, I can see that I took this simple advice very seriously.

I just read a lot and published content, and things just started to fall into place.

Three years in, I'm sitting in the mountains for 3 weeks and just working remotely, I mean … what a fucking time to be alive.

You simply need to commit and be obsessed about.

Be super disciplined, create something you like, and the world will come to you.

This is one of those rare emails where I'm not letting the cringiness of this idea stop me from writing because it's so true.

Internet writing changed my life, I would not have dreamed of making this amount of money so early in my 20s.

If I would to advise my younger self, it will be this:

just get good at the art of teaching yourself, and you can create a career that's so fulfilling, dramatic and handsomely paid that you never want to take a break from it. Ever.

There's never been a better time to be you and take advantage of the internet economy simply.

Reminds me of this advice given by Warren Buffett once:

That's it for the day.
